About us

We are a family business run by Giuseppe, Carol and Jean-Michel Cataldo with over 60 years’ experience in the catering industry. Giuseppe originated from the South of Italy in the region of Apulia and grew up on the stunning Italian Riviera. He has travelled far and wide to amass his catering experience in countries such as Switzerland, America, France and Italy.
